  1. CrossTalk for Windows AutoList Scripts, R.1.2 and 1.2D

  4. Briefly, AutoList answers to the absence of a native circular dialing facility
  5. in CrossTalk for Windows.  Installation and use are straight-forward.  Copy the
  6. scripts to your CrossTalk script directory and execute them.  They will create
  7. ASCII text files called AUTOLIST.DIR and AUTOLIST.FON which serve as their
  8. directories; the files themselves are easily edited, and are read by default
  9. each time the scripts are run.  If one of the two scripts appeals to you, you
  10. might consider entering it as CrossTalk's default "Startup" script, or create
  11. a special icon to launch it from the Program Manager.

  13. No features worth mentioning have been added to this final release.  Once
  14. compiled, the script named AUTOFON.XWS is identical to the compiled script
  15. included in AutoList Release 1.1.  The second script, AUTODIR.XWS is identical
  16. in every respect, except for the absence of the last-called feature and
  17. retention of single selection "dial" and "call" statements; it is therefore
  18. significantly faster in execution and the one I personally use.

  20. The only reason for this release is the inclusion, long overdue, of the source
  21. code itself.
